Ms. Hedrick is an AV-rated commercial litigation attorney, mediator and arbitrator. Currently, her practice is limited to work as a neutral in alternative dispute resolution. Before she began to limit her practice to mediation in 2006, Ms. Hedrick handled business litigation in state and federal courts. She focused most of her practice during the 1990s and after on counselling and litigation involving employment matters. She has handled appellate work in federal and state courts of appeal and the United States Supreme Court. She has worked as a writer, trainer, and educator in many areas and is an ordained Presbyterian pastor. |
