Alexandra Hedrick, P.L. provides legal and mediation services to businesses and individuals. Mediation and arbitration services are offered for all types of civil cases except for family law. The firm also assists employers with legal compliance and conducts seminars and corporate training.

Mediation and Arbitration
While representing clients in her civil and employment litigation practice, Ms. Hedrick frequently participated in “alternative dispute resolution” (ADR) settings such as settlement conferences, mediation and arbitration. These forums offered a private, confidential and efficient way to solve a legal problem without the time and expense of continued litigation. Ms. Hedrick pursued mediation training and certification by the Florida Supreme Court and completed that process in the mid 1990’s. Ms. Hedrick has been selected or appointed as a mediator more than 200 times. She is also selected to serve as an arbitrator in public and private arenas. Legal Services
The firm offers a unique combination of alternative dispute resolution services for all types of civil cases and corporate employment law and training. Alexandra (Sandra) Hedrick began a large firm practice in 1979, where she handled business, commercial and real estate litigation for ten years. Ms. Hedrick enjoyed the employment law cases she handled a great deal, and in 1989 she began to focus most of her legal services in that area. Ms. Hedrick’s employment litigation experience includes administrative, trial and appellate work in state and federal agencies and courts. Ms. Hedrick helps employer clients to comply with federal and state laws, rules and regulations and resolve employment disputes.
